At Lashed Girlz, we strive to ensure you receive your lashes in perfect condition. Please read our policy below carefully before placing an order.
📦 SHIPPING POLICY
• Standard shipping is available but is not insured. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
• We highly recommend Priority shipping, which includes $50–$100 USPS insurance.
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3PM CST may begin processing the next business day.
• Delivery Time: Based on your selected shipping method at checkout.
💳 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges.
• If there’s an error on our end, we may offer a store credit for the product total only (shipping is non-refundable).
• We do NOT offer refunds for orders placed “by accident.” Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
🚨IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the carrier’s delivery process.
• Lashed Girlz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping provider.
• All discounted or promo items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for store credit or replacement.
